Established in 1928, D.R. Nolans is an award winning Quantity Surveying practice covering the whole of the UK, with experience in all types of new build, alteration & repair projects, and conservation of important historic buildings. Our experienced staff provide the necessary warnings to other consultants and the client if there are any events that may expose them to additional costs or risks. We provide timely advice so that the client can make decisions to move the project forward without disrupting the programme. We respond to clients’ new ideas and unforeseen problems in a timely manner. All projects are overseen by the Director to ensure that our values are being delivered on all projects. Our staff provide the necessary input to scrutinise all costs presented to ensure that the correct sum is paid by the client, a service that is driven by their desire to achieve the correct result and not by the time required to achieve the necessary outcome.
