About Drone Education Services
We offfer you tailored services. Level One has been developed to ensure our clients understand the core legal framework and responsibilities required to fly drones commercially under Part 107 of the Federal Aviation Regulations. A Basic Workflow Review is one of our most important services. We take a look under the hood of how you currently operate your drone program — even if it’s informal — and identifying whether your processes are safe, efficient, and compliant. We examine the end-to-end steps you use for planning, executing, and managing drone missions, and then identify the gaps or risks in those steps. We then review your internal written policies, procedures, and supporting documents to make sure they reflect legal requirements and promote operational safety. Finally, we provide you with a Recommendations Report after we've conducted assessments. We then disclose to you whether your program needs further review, workflow evaluation, and policy development. It’s a clear, client-facing document that outlines our professional guidance for bringing your drone operations into compliance, efficiency, and best practice. The report helps answer: “What should we do next?” Level Two builds on Level One by formalizing your drone operations. We’ll develop custom standard operating procedures (SOPs), a detailed scorecard from MOCK Inspection, an audit-specific Corrective Action Plan (CAP) template, a staff training guide, a ready-to-use Digital Audit Folder, and two hours of live training to ensure everyone is aligned and compliant. Level Three is our premium package, a turnkey solution for building, managing, and sustaining a compliant drone program. In addition to everything in Level Two, we’ll provide you with a customized Operations Manual, set up fleet and personnel registries, and conduct an on-site field observation day, incorporate internal risk management SOPs, develop a Remote ID compliance plan, and provide six months of support.
