Drop of Compassion

Drop of compassion is a UK-based charity that currently works in Malawi, Africa – “The warm heart of Africa”. We strive to provide LONG TERM SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS through our core focus areas: WATER, HEALTH, EDUCATION, SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOODS, EMERGENCY RELIEF (International). Since our launch in 2013, we have: provided water irrigation schemes that benefit 30,000 people facilitated the treatment of 150,000 people for primary healthcare made boreholes that support approximately 15,000 people distributed food to approximately 12,500 people during the floods and also this year built a school block to house 200 students covering 15 villages provided one meal for 2 years to 450 school children funded University scholarship programs for 4 individuals empowered families through goats benefiting 450 people planted fruit trees to benefit 15 villages helped 60 families produce and sell honey provided 225 families with mosquito nets
