Dr. Reddy’s Foundation is a social impact organization committed to unlocking human potential and enabling equitable growth. Founded in 1996 by scientist and philanthropist Dr. K. Anji Reddy, we began with a simple yet powerful idea: that access to education and skills can transform lives. Over the years, our work has evolved to address some of the most complex challenges faced by vulnerable communities across India. Today, we co-create and scale solutions in education, livelihoods, healthcare, climate action, and inclusion, working with children, youth (including persons with disabilities), women, and households across 22 states. We believe lasting change happens through innovation, collaboration, and a deep understanding of people’s lived realities. From pioneering short-term employability training to enabling women in agriculture to earn sustainable incomes, our aim has always remained the same: to help people take charge of their futures.
