Dry & Bitter Brewing Company has been brewing craft beer in Denmark since 2015. We produce fresh, modern craft beer styles such as IPAs and Fruited Sour, and a more traditional offering including Wheat Beer and Organic Pilsner. We have two main production arcs; brewing well-made, crushable, crowd-pleasing beers for our own bar (Fermentoren), and creating world class hazy IPAs and DIPAs by ourselves or in collaboration with international breweries, artists and bands. Our much-loved DIPA, Double Dippy Doo, is currently the highest rated core Double IPA in Denmark.
