🌍DRY FOREST is a Malagasy NGO created in 2020 focused on tropical dry forests regeneration, preservation and valorization, and on fighting against poverty in local communities living surrounded by such vulnerable ecosystems.
♻️ DRY FOREST has launched the "Regenerate the Forest" program to reforest destroyed areas of Kirindy Mitea, one of the largest baobabs' forest in the world, thanks to tree-nurseries located in public primary schools.
DRY FOREST currently manages 3 tree-nurseries in the villages of Ambararata and Marofihitra and in the town of Belo sur Mer, where is also located The Baobase, basecamp of the NGO in the Menabe, region known around the world for its baobabs' forests.
