Drydock Ventures is a Boston based boutique Private Equity and Venture Capital firm. Drydock PE invests in small manufacturing, distribution, and services businesses throughout the United States. We look for stable businesses with strong recurring cash flow between $500k-$2.5m that we can actively manage. Drydock VC makes early stage investments in disruptive technologies and innovative ideas. We actively target cutting edge technology emerging from the leading institutions and incubators in the Northeastern United States. We favor hardware investments over software investments, and focus on applications for mature industries. We partner with competent entrepreneurs that have a distinct competitive advantage, and defendable IP position, within their target market.
