Estimation Services: Scope: Quantity Takeoff, Cost Estimation, and Material Takeoff for all CSI divisions from Division 02 (Existing Conditions) to Division 33 (Utilities) Process: Perform detailed takeoffs on drawings and conduct thorough QC checks before sending estimates to clients. Project Admin Services: Scope: Construction document review, creation of various logs (submittal, discrepancy, modification, closeout) Process: Thoroughly review construction drawings and specifications, creating detailed logs in Excel.
