My goal is to introduce athletes from all backgrounds and abilities to elite training methods to increase performance, reduce risk of injury and bring structure along with progressive development. I'm bringing credible training programmes to the market through DS Performance which have all been developed with my vast experience and knowledge from my 20 year sporting career.
