Defining the right search criteria on LinkedIn can often be more of an art than a science. How often have you ended up with a pool of 750+ potential candidates, far too many to look through. You then add another filter and the pool goes down to 12 candidates, way too few to provide a decent short list.
I do all of this, skilled, but time-consuming work so that your team don’t have to.
I relish the challenge of refining searches to get the right number of candidates (usually 150 – 300, from 6 – 10 searches), looking through their profiles and evaluating each one against the client’s job specification to get to a prospect pool that the client has the time to assess.
