DTEL-IX

DTEL-IX IXP, the independent project of Digital Telecom IX LLC, focused on providing flexible peering services. DTEL-IX is an open Internet exchange point with a clear peering policy. Thus, there are no unusual joining requirements. We have two independent but interconnected fault-tolerant topology platforms in Kyiv, Ukraine — NewTelco Ukraine on 50 Simi Prakhovykh (formerly Gaydara St.) and BE MOBILE Data Center on 21 Kurenivska St. We offer Ethernet connections with 10G, 40G, and 100G ports. Currently, we’re serving over 250 members. Our daily average load is over 2 Tbps and grows more than 30% a year. The main services we offer are as follows: ✅ public peering via route servers (IPv4 and IPv6) ✅ private peering within a public virtual local area network (VLAN, direct BGP sessions between members) ✅ private peering within an isolated layer 2 VLAN, Q-in-Q (802.1q VLAN stacking) ✅ virtual POP in Kyiv in two data centers. Besides the main services, we also offer per-unit colocation at the two busiest data centers in Kyiv (NewTelco Ukraine and BE MOBILE), a fiber optic lease between them, optical cross-connection services at BE MOBILE, and Metro meet-me-room L7.
