Over the years, now in 2021 Desh Technology & Ideas Ltd. has formed as an individual company with a vast array of experience on Power and Energy (Renewable), Infrastructure, Construction, IT and Telecommunication sectors. The business is driven by our 4 working Directors, collectively they accumulated more than 45 years of work experience in the Engineering and Technology based industry. They ware involved in the business development, procurement, project management , Engineering Solution and Administration of different companies. The management team proactively gathers feedback, identifies changed in business environment, reviews works processes and communicates key learning points and company policy to all staff at regular meetings.
