Digital Transport Info Exchange @ DTiX.org Ideation: Digital Transport Info Exchange @ DTiX.org is a co-creation effort to empower, include and sustain small scale transport operators (SSTO) by deploying Internet & Communication Technology (ICT) applications with social approach. Inclusive of all stakeholders, DTiX.org engages them on digital technology platform for awareness, visibility and reliable networking among fragmented and unorganized transport sector members. With 80-85% of the total sector population comprising of SSTO (owning less than 5-10 trucks) and with countrywide spread, the real challenge lies in connecting and networking with them. Now with ICT as an enabler, we are cutting across hierarchies to structure relationship of road transport associations, members and other stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and productivity as aimed in Digital India!!! Creation: DTiX.org is promoted by alumni of IIM-Ahmedabad, Mumbai University, IIT-Mumbai etc. with specific expertise in management, domain, technology etc. The support eco-system of DTiX.org comprises of academicians, institutions, trade organizations, social groups etc. Further collaborating with All India Motor Transport Congress @ AIMTC.org, the apex body of 93Lac+ transport operators, 50Lac+ bus operators and many more as vehicle & warehouse owners, agents, service providers etc. Leveraging presence and relationship across sector, we have built an All India Road Transport Research & Technology Institute @ AIRTRTI.org to co-create, research and develop innovative applications for transport sector. Validation: Many national, regional, state, district, taluka, city, local level transport associations, institutions, service providers etc. have joined DTiX.org and are actively participating thro’ ICT modules in this scalable all India digital transport info exchange.
