We have worked for many of the large law firms such as Baker Hostetler, Thompson Hine & Flory, Calfee LLP and Bodman LLP. We specialize in the preparation and defense of construction claims involving complex scheduling analysis, loss of productivity and delay related damages. We represent several ENR top 400 contractors as well as smaller regional contractors throughout the United States. We have prepared and managed complex construction schedules for projects as large as $100 million throughout the United States. In addition we have acted as in-house scheduling and claims consultant for a large Midwestern University on several projects over the course of approximately 5 years. Dave Lunka has acted as an arbitrator on over 40 construction disputes and has successfully mediated 15 construction disputes.
