DTPL was founded by a group of highly qualified and experienced professionals who worked with major players in the telecom industry in different parts of the world. As the wireless mobile system becomes ever ubiquitous,one of the key concerns of service providers is to maintain the quality of their service. As the cost of the subscribing to wireless voice and data becomes ever competitive between the service providers, the quality of service that the subscribers are experiencing are the key differentiator between the service providers.
