University degree Data/AI - Digital Law

The "Data/AI - Digital Law" university diploma (formerly Sorbonne IT) provides training for legal professionals on the challenges of the digital economy, data processing and related legal governance, as well as the new issues raised by artificial intelligence systems. The "Data/AI" university diploma offers courses in online contract law, liability law relating to digital activities, banking services law and online payment, public and personal data law, as well as subjects relating to competition, the law of evidence, labor law and more. A partnership with IED's DU Transformation numérique de droit also enables the addition of three optional modules dedicated to data governance, legal design and ethical AI. These courses are shared between the two programs.
