We are fully equipped with advanced machinery and tools to manufacture custom-made Sterilization baskets/Trays. All our Sterilization Trays/baskets are manufactured in our own premises.
As our manufacturing process ensures consistency in the quality of our Sterilization Baskets/Trays we produced. This consistency is guaranteed by a quality assurance system. All Daud Jee Mfg. Co. facilities are certified according to FDA, ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 13485-2016 as well as according to European Medical Devices ensure compliance with CE-Marking requirements.
Daud Jee Mfg. Co. started its operation in the year 1998 in a newly build premises with the covered area 5000 sqft in the heart of city and right in front of Chamber of Commerce & Industries of Sialkot. With the passage of time and growing needs we have another three manufacturing facilities and today the total covered area is more than 20,000 sqft with skilled work force and update machinery. We are capable of manufacturing the most sophisticated instruments and have been successful in catering the needs of its valued clients all over the world.
