We’re Dual Aspect Design - a creative architecture duo sharing our journey as young, aspiring architects. After meeting while studying for our BSc in Architecture at Sheffield Hallam University, we developed a strong working relationship and friendship before stepping into the professional world. Now, fresh from our year out in practice as Part 1 Architectural Assistants, we’re diving back into academic life to begin our Master of Architecture degrees, again at Sheffield Hallam University. While balancing postgraduate study with part-time work in practice, we’re using Dual Aspect Design as a platform to document our journey. Here, we’ll share our ideas, explore design concepts, and showcase real-world projects as we continue to grow. We pride ourselves on a socially sustainable, human-centered approach to design, with a strong focus on long-term adaptability. At the heart of our partnership is the Dual Aspect Design process: two minds working together to shape thoughtful, balanced architecture.
