ABOUT US: A technology company in gamification, incentives, and digital instant lottery that is changing the way financial products are sold in emerging markets. BIA PLATFORM: We developed Bia, a platform for gamified sales of microinsurance, assistance, and capitalization. Bia transforms current “financial products” into “digital products” that are attractive to new generations, building loyalty through the distribution of instant prizes and facilitating recurring payments for contracted products. SHOWCASE BIA: PlayPet is a showcase composed of three study projects. Its objective is to demonstrate, validate and test the functionalities of the BIA Platform: STUDY PROJECTS: • Play Pet Mobi – gamified marketplace for the online sale of premium mass products (microinsurance, assistance, and capitalization). • Play Pet Franchising – a network of micro franchises for the offline sale of award-winning mass products and the distribution of prizes. • Play Pet Machines – automatic machines for distributing prizes. CAPITALIZATION APP, DIGITAL SCRATCHES, AND LUCKY NUMBERS: We developed the PlayPet Scratch Cards app to demonstrate how Bia, according to a study project, gamifies the online sale of savings bonds through the distribution of digital scratch cards and lucky numbers. Bia is a 100% digital technological solution and its operation in Brazil follows the parameters imposed by the Superintendence of Private Insurance – SUSEP. HOW DOES THE PLAYPET SCRATCHES APP WORK? With each capitalization bond contracted through the PlayPet Scratch Cards app, Bia operationalizes the participation of the title contractor in digital instant prizes, allowing the contractor to compete for instant prizes through the virtual scraping of demarcated areas in the app itself. The contracting party will also be able to receive lucky numbers when contracting the title, and follow through with the app their participation in draws by the CEF Federal Lottery.
