Hi, my name is Bonnie Duarte and I am a Toronto based Divorce Healing Coach - I help people make one of the most difficult decisions of their life, whether to stay or leave their marriage. I help people make sense of this seemly impossible choice whether it is being imposed by them or their spouse.
Many of my clients come to me because they don't know what else to do. They are emotionally exhausted and are unable to trust their own judgments. This difficult state of overwhelmed often leaves them paralyzed in fear or overly reactive, causing them to make decisions that they will later regret. Their emotions are painful, real and all-consuming.
As a Divorce Recovery Coach, I get it. I've been at the effect of 5 divorces, throughout my childhood and into my adulthood; and as such, I've dedicated my life's work to teaching people the tools and new knowledge that they need to make the choices around their divorce and separation.
As you may already know, time does not heal, yet taking the correct healing actions definitely does. Becoming more self-awareness and understanding how to begin your inner healing is a learned skill. And it's a skill-set most everyone can learn, practice and be successful in, yet so few of us have ever been taught how. Discovering your values and learning how you heal will give you tremendous knowledge and awareness that will need to help you make the right choices in your life.
