Established in 1966, Dubai Exiles Rugby Football Club is the oldest and most successful rugby club in the UAE. In 2011 Netball was introduced and in 2016 cricket.
The Club’s playing membership of boys and girls aged from 4 years to 18, and men and women is now almost 1,000. People from 48 different countries enjoy playing their chosen sport at the Sevens Stadium with Dubai Exiles RFC.
The 2022-23 rugby season has been one of remarkable success for the club. The Under 12s, Under 13s, Under 16s, Under 19s, Under 19 Girls, and the Senior Men all winning the title of UAE Champions.
It has also been a remarkable season for the twenty six (26) Dubai Exiles who were chosen to pull on the UAE National shirt and represent this great nation on the international rugby stage, some of whom have been with the club since the age of four.
We’re extremely proud of these players. It’s through their hard work, dedication, commitment and sheer enthusiasm for the game that they, for the rest of their days, can call themselves “internationals“.
