DUHEE is a manufacturing organization whose expertise lies in producing a diversified range of products within the forging industry since 2001. Our main products include Ring Gears Blanks and Transmission Parts, Bearing Races, V-band Rings, Sleeves, Flanges, Shrink Discs, Custom & Precision Forge Parts, Forging Hollows & Disc, Bearing Rollers and among more. We cater to major industries like Land Transport, Windmill, Emission Industries, Off-Highway machine, offshore engineering, Railways, Defense and other machinery. DUHEE is the combination of a skilled & motivated workforce, state-of-the-art Hot Forging Facilities and a four decade experience in manufacturing forged steel components that enables us to offer our customers a wide variety of products in a timely and cost effective manner. In India, we as DUHEE are the forerunners of producing quality large size bearing (LSB) races in size range up to 1500 mm through a 100% temperature controlled induction billet heating, coil sizes up to 300 mm with Accept/Reject/Rework Flapper mechanics, Multi station 2400 Ton forging press and Ring Rolling machine, capable to produce different contour in outer diameter and/or Inner diameter profile. We also have a Heat Treatment ( Bell Furnace, Iso-thermal continuous furnace, SQF) and Machining (CNC & VMC machines) facilities. DUHEE is currently in the advanced stage of planning to manufacture warm forge precision parts then Synchrocones and Synchro Rings. We plan to achieve this feat by precision forging route & cold sizing route. The Machine Induction Heater, ET press and hydraulic forming press installation and trial run successfully completed. The process designs have been finalized and Production will resume by mid to end of 2020. DUHEE QMS is certified as IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 ,ISO 18001 and awarded Star Export House (DGFT) & many more customer awards.
