DUK 1 was founded in 1995 with Head office in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, expanded later in the capital Sofia. The main activity of the company is manufacturing and installation of rolling shutters, sectional residential and industrial doors, aluminum and PVC Windows, metal products, motors and accessories for different types of doors, gates and barriers. DUK 1 is an official representative of two major manufacturers of systems for automation for rolling doors, gates and solar protection: SIMU – France and VDS – Italy. The company has its own production factory of 4000 m² built-up space in Plovdiv. It consists of offices and warehouses, manufacturing facilities for rolling shutters and metal products, facilities for the production of AL and PVC windows, polymer powder coating, press-preparation workshop, engineering department, department of supply and a show-room. Machinery and equipment comply with the latest European requirements and standards of modern production. The main part of the production of the company is realized on the Bulgarian market, but also in the neighboring Balkan countries. The company is looking for reliable business partners in the close countries – Romania, Croatia, Bosna and Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, Greece and Turkey.
