ACE provides one-time funding for accepted Duke student-athletes to participate in immersive summer service experiences with an international community partner. Stanford Athletics was a founding partner and collaborator in this program from 2015-2023. Each summer, approximately 40 student-athletes participate in international group programs with service themes like education, coaching, environmental sustainability and conservation, and health outreach and education.
