A Latina owned online bakery creating luxury corporate and personal gifts. Our signature treat is Alfajor, a dulce de leche cookie enjoyed throughout Latin America. Our recipes have been passed down through many generations using premium quality ingredients.
Our Founders, Ale & Nicole were raised in El Salvador by a chef mother and a father who manufactured restaurant equipment. After moving to the US in 2001, our founders began recreating family recipes and began selling through Etsy. To date, Dulceology cookies have been enjoyed and shipped to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
We launched Dulceology while studying at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. As a start-up, we are always looking for advice, connections, and potential partnerships. In 2019, we placed 1st at the GW New Ventures Competition for our track. We were also invited to participate in the 2019 GW Summer Startup Accelerator. The GW community has been unbelievably supportive and we are so thankful for the doors GW has opened for us.
