Dumpling as a platform was built from scratch but, to allow users’ fast adaptation to it, we introduced a Sparky-like GUI, which is the most popular software in the NMR community. Besides the user-friendliness of Sparky, Dumpling features high-performance multidimensional spectra display, deep learning-assisted automated peak picker, smart guides speeding up sequence-specific resonance assignment, scientific figure preparation suite, integration with CYANA, 1D spectra display and analysis, automated peak tracking in titration experiments and many more.
