We're Roland and Bianca Pakkiri, a dynamic duo crafting our narrative beyond borders. Our journey kickstarted at University, where our passions unfolded—mine in Marketing and Bianca's in Finance. Post-graduation, Roland's path led him to Regenesys Business School, setting the stage for his leadership in a business bridging digital economies across Europe for Telecoms giants such as Vodafone & Telefonica. Bianca ventured into the tech realm, consulting for global giants like IBM, PwC & EY, driving digital transformation across continents. While Roland and Bianca have built a successful marriage over the last 15 years, grown their family and have enjoyed thriving careers, there was a clear need to unearth the why, what and how. We discovered that, no matter your level of success, understanding your purpose remains paramount. It meant building our marriage, family life, finances and careers to meet our individual and joint why, what and how. Why You? People are the heartbeat of everything we do.
