A typical engagement involves understanding objectives and strategy, assessment of business drivers and the market, hypothesis building and deep dives and driving forward a set of initiatives to improve the bottom line. In our M&A practice, we specialize in pre-deal due diligence, and planning and implementation of acquisitions, integrations, carve-outs and divestitures. We have partnered with several Fortune 500 firms in the Life sciences sector and to conceptualize, design and implement company-wide Transformation programs and Transactions to maximize value creation and optimize cost structure.
