Duneane Asset Management is a private investment and advisory group with a focus on the UK and Irish Real Estate Markets. Founded by Donall McCann in early 2020, Duneane AM is a fully integrated real estate platform specialising in Principle Investment and Asset Management, combining experienced and entrepreneurial real estate professionals with a proven track record of above market performance. As a principle investor, Duneane AM has acquired c.1.5m sq ft of commercial property assets since its inception, working alongside family office investors and institutional lending partners. Duneane AM is active within Real Estate Capital Markets in deal advisory, sourcing of debt finance and restructuring. Duneane AM has a special interest in providing seed and early round funding to positive disruptive start-ups and early stage businesses across a number of sectors.
