In the heart of Glenshesk, one of the nine Glens of Antrim, Dunfin Farm has been a family-owned and operated sheep and cattle farm for over 70 years. We are passionate about sharing the rich heritage and culture of traditional farming life with visitors from around the world. We offer two main experiences for visitors: The Sheep Experience: Engage in hands on activities such as gathering sheep, observing skilled sheepdog demonstrations and during Spring, bottle feeding playful lambs. View a sheep shearing demonstration, learn about the importance of wool and have a go. Nature Walk in the Peat Boglands: Explore our scenic peat bogs and pond which are home to diverse wildlife and rare plants, with a guided tour. Learn about the history of peat cutting in Ireland and try your hand at this traditional practice. We proudly partner with several tour operators and travel companies, welcoming FITs as well as larger tour groups. Whether it’s a small family, a bespoke itinerary, or a coach of visitors, we tailor each experience to ensure it’s engaging, educational and memorable.
