Dunia Center for Wildlife Conservation's key purpose is to create a network of researchers and learners by ensuring the exchange of experience and expertise. We envision a future where there is a synchrony between environmental education and field work to create holistic learning. Through our programs, Interns gain hands-on experience in the field.
We are based in Amboseli, Kenya, but we shall be operating different field study sessions across Kenya. Through our programs, we ensure that students are involved in research and conservation activities. We also ensure that students gain entrepreneurial skills to create jobs as well.
Our research aims to ensure we save our wildlife through a people-based approach.
We aim to instill in the students a broad global view. Living in another part of the world opens your mind by engaging different cultures. Students learn skills for collaboration, sharing, and giving, each of which is a valuable life skill that transcends career choices and contributes to greater confidence and maturity. Our Vision is aligned with World 17 sustainable Global goals by the United Nations. Here are the goals we’re addressing.
