I began my career in clinical research as a clinical trial assistant with PPD. I was presented an opportunity to get into the pharmaceutical and biotech recruiting industry. I began working with an executive recruiting firm, with a focus in Clinical Research/CMC Technical Operations. After 4 years with the firm, I made a decision to take the knowledge, experience, and strong network I accumulated and branch out as an independent recruiter where I would be able to put more focus, time, and attention into a smaller client base. In 2019 Dunn Staffing was established. Over the past three years I have joined forces with select recruiters and industry professionals who share in the same upfront and dedicated approach which has proven to be a successful model for numerous clients. Operating on a smaller scale allows us the flexibility to formulate a plan based on very specific client needs as well as the time and dedication to execute such a plan. We at Dunn Staffing are passionate about clinical research, working with clients and candidates to make successful placements within our clinical service expertise.
