DuraChain is the company behind the decentralized Electronic Healthcare Event environment. First focusing on a provider-forward implementation for the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry, DuraChain aims to bring a hault to the issues surrounding inaccurate, duplicate, and vulerability-prone Electronic Healthcare Records by unifing Patients and Providers in a single room dedicated to solely to the needs of the patient. We improve patient care by helping providers with streamlining clinical documentation, billing, and reporting needs - as well as the added benefit of a communication channel between them and those who take care of them. With an interactive view of the ledger for the Patient's Room, we can streamline the interaction between all parties involved and have built secure, evasive work arounds to the issue of a Patient having a Healthcare Provider not yet on our platform. DuraChain is not a portal for the patient to access their records, it is the record, and their portal to viewing this leads them right to the people who help them most of all.
