Durallco specialises in the surface treatments of materials susceptible to wear & tear and corrosion by means of electrical arc wire spraying on-site, the melting in of thermally sprayed coatings and hard facing. From a predictive maintenance plan, the wear & tear-sensitive components are mapped out, periodically measured and tested against a repair or replacement costs/benefits analysis. A selective and controlled surface treatment of wear & tear-sensitive components guarantees an important optimisation of the production capacity and savings in maintenance costs.
