Durango was formed in late 2020 for the primary purpose of developing the discovery of a world-class gold-silver deposit in the Sierra Madre Occidental region of Northwestern Mexico, a region with highly favorable geology that has lacked serious and sustained exploration during modern times. Beyond Mexico, Durango plans to unlock shareholder value through the identification, acquisition, and advancement of under-explored, district-scale precious-metal projects across North America.
