P1 Ventures is a diversified investment partnership that invests in and resources entrepreneurial leaders to help them build thriving companies. We believe that every great business is made up of high performing leaders who are dedicated to making someone's life a little better - we help in that process. We invest across three primary platforms: Industrial, Venture and Real Estate. Industrial: We love engineering and manufacturing firms that are growth starved, and have started several successful operations over the last eight years to meet emerging market needs in the Energy industry. We make equity investments and are interested in buy-outs as long as they are complementary to existing holdings. Current Industrial Holdings: 1. P1 Industries, LLC Venture: We make seed investments into promising start-ups with well balanced and high potential teams, a compelling value proposition that solves a real problem with access to a well defined customer segment.
