My preliminary foundation evaluations start as low as $350 for a complete Level B report. Follow up evaluations can also be provided including a post foundation repair report to close the permit on a repair job. I provide a level of service everyone should expect but rarely receives. I return messages promptly, show up to houses when I say I will, and once my evaluations are complete I send my report immediately. My primary area of travel includes Dallas, Denton, and Collin counties. I am welcome to travel outside this area for a trip fee. I focus my evaluations on residential slab foundations, but can asses other issues on a case by case basis.
