David recently retired from a successful 20-year ministry at Whitewater Crossing Christian Church in Cincinnati, Ohio to give full-time focus to this critical area. David formerly served as the National Director of Coaching for the Christian Church Leadership Network. DVC's focus is the practical, nuts and bolts part of ministry, much of which was not taught in Bible college or seminary, but what has been learned from experience.
