Do Well Do Good Leadership Programs

Do Well Do Good's purpose is to train, advise, support leaders and future leaders to find the right balance between performance and impact and create an economy that works for all and the planet. We build education programs to foster a new generation of leaders who will embrace careers balancing impact and performance. We believe in the power of youth to bring a fresh look to the most challenging issues: climate change, income inequality, and bringing growth to all. Our education programs equip young people with the knowledge and skills to challenge today’s development paradigm and co-design solutions for governments and businesses. We focus on providing our trainees with transversal skills that enable them to do well and good and to solve problems in their communities. We give equal opportunities to all academic and economic profiles. The Future Leaders Program (22-week & university team-based) and NextGen Leaders Program (3-week & individual-based) are programs created to inspire university students worldwide to do well and good. Students learn leadership, corporate, and consulting skills and apply them to projects all aimed at doing well and good.
