DWP Capital is an early stage growth equity firm that invests in vertical SaaS and tech-enabled services. Our investments are typically Seed to Series A with initial check sizes of $1-$3M. We lead rounds as well as follow on.
We invest in vertical SaaS and service companies that solve real problems for businesses. We believe in a capital efficient, niche focus approach which allows the companies we invest in to become market dominant in their respective industries.
We do not invest in moonshot, boil the ocean strategies. In our experience this leads to a winner take all approach and we believe that the founders and shareholders should have the ability to run the business profitably, receive liquidity, and not end up with a zero.
