Dyan is an embodiment + meditation membership (soon to be app) that gives you back to you, and awakens you back to real life. Not the fake life our thoughts and environments have created for us. You don't need to have meditated before, it doesn't matter how intrusive you think your thoughts are, and this does not require you to worship anyone/anything but yourself. Everything we do is grounded in coming back to our bodies, back to joy, and back to life. Alive and well, most of the time because life isn’t about perfection—it’s about understanding and embracing the entirety of your experience
