8217;s a nice space and not overcrowded like your usual gym, and that gives the opportunity for one on one training. Personally, I was not comfortable in the beginning, because of my weight and that I struggled to get through the exercises, but that changed suddenly when I saw before my eyes how the weight was falling off.
