Controlling the Dynamic

This is a support group for women of color who work in corporate spaces that have little representation for us. We need that support circle. We’re needing encouragement, needing tips on how to handle situations where it’s clear discrimination, and we need a few words of wisdom to get through the day sometimes. This is what started this support circle/network. Whether you need advice on how to send a professional email to stand up for yourself or whether you need advice on handling an upcoming performance review, WE HAVE YOU.
