We plan to send job seekers to the right place. 7. We will provide job seekers our reference to get their job in the right place. 8. We will focus on particular skill or type of behavior weakness to find from the candidate 9. We will arrange personalized instruction in a variety of skills 10. Improving candidate skills along the way is also expected technical competency by the interviewer 11. Aware the candidate to care about workplace atmosphere. 12.
