Promoter of Group, Mr. M M Gupta has started his journey in railway construction business in
year 1972, by supplying "hand broken stone ballast". This was a proprietorship concern and
continued till 1994. With the entry of Mr. S K Gupta (Elder Son of Mr. M M Gupta) and Mr.
Pawan Gupta (Younger Son of Mr. M M Gupta) in the business, "Dynamic Engineers" was
incorporated, and the group begun to expand in different fields with new synergy and
speed.
Dynamic Engineers has received several quality and industry certificates from various
government departments like RDSO, NSIC, ISO 9001:2015. Moreover Dynamic Engineers has
also received appreciation certificates from its clients for the quality work.
Under the guidance of Mr. M M Gupta both son's took the group to a new heights and
diversified the business into supply of rail track components, fabrication, erection and
rehabilitation of railway bridges, Bio fuel and kraft paper manufacturing units and
Infrastructure company.
Today as a group we are nearing to achieve 100 crore turnover with a strong team of 350+
people standing by our side. The company employees are bind in chain of trust and
concern for strengthen the roots of company. The company has further enhanced its
potentials through expanding it manufacturing capability to 7200 MT per annum. This setup
is located in Village Polaikalan on NH-27, 25 KM to the east of Kota city.
