Dynamic Presencing Coaching

Dynamic Presencing Coaching (DPC) is a next-generation master coach training lineage that initiates coaches into sourcing presence from their presencing nature and engaging the coaching process as a presencing-guided unfolding within the coaching field. This in-depth apprenticeship is anchored in the Five Level-Depths of Presence and the Five Field-Stages of Presencing, which together open a path to coaching mastery grounded in presencing as a way of being. Drawn from deep research, practice, inquiry, and teaching across progressive global MBA courses and leading-edge communities of practice, DPC approaches coaching as a dynamic process of learning to enfold into, embody and source the living depths of presence as a basis for a new form of presencing. As an emerging lineage, DPC trains coaches to engage from the unfolding depth of their own presencing nature--both in how they coach and how they live. Within this space, coaching becomes a shared journey that deepens coherence, awakens authenticity, and brings forth generative emergence within the coach, the client, and the coaching field itself as one coaches.
