Dynamic Property Group is a Real Estate Agency that was established in August 2015. The company was founded by its current owners and directors namely Queen Khosa and Karien Fourie who operated the business from the residence of Karien Fourie and later moved into a 54m2 office since the staff members became more. In the year 2016, the company grew tremendously and the estate agents had increased from 4 agents to 22 agents excluding the admin staff and directors. We are registered and fully compliant with the Estate Agency Affairs Board and are currently involved in the One Learner — One Estate Agency Youth Empowerment Brigade Program that is targeting the youth and previously disadvantaged persons in a ratio that represents the demographics in South Africa. Our goal is to complete this race with the Estate Agency Affairs Board where approximately 10 000 intern estate is to be sourced over the next 3 years.
