Dynamic Public Safety is a software development company specializing in Law Enforcement software. We offer a modern, web based, user friendly suite of software that includes modules for Records Management (RMS), Jail Management (JMS), Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Evidence/Property Room Tracking, Violent/Sex Offender Registration, Warrants, Civil Process and many other amazing features. The company, based in Pearland, Texas (a suburb of Houston) was founded in 2009 by Mark and Charolette Mills. Since it's inception, the company has grown to employ over 10 people from various backgrounds in several states. DPS has been successful and has customers in Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico and Nebraska. We are constantly growing and expanding to other states.
