What is DISC? DISC is a behavioral assessment tool based on the behavior theory of psychologist, Dr. William Moulton Marston of Columbia University. This model of human behavior identifies 4 behavior traits: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness (DISC). Understanding your DISC behavior style and the styles of others can:

- Improve communication and reduce conflict
