Dynamics CRM University is now D365 University!
It is an E-Learning company founded in 2014. D365 provides training to users of Microsoft Dynamics Products. The training is delivered via an online Learning Management System (LMS) which gives learners access to their training 24/7 across virtually any device.
The D365 University Black Belt Training Program has been widely adopted by many organizations and is also offered by the CRMUG to their members.
The Black Belt Series is divided into 4 courses (or Belts) they are Blue, Purple, Brown and Black. Each course includes video training, labs to reinforce the concepts and a certification test at the end. All training is monitored and specific feedback on progress is provided to sponsoring companies when required.
In addition to the administrator courses, D365 University offers end-user training that is based on the role of the user. For example, there is a course specifically for a person in the sales role. End-user training is delivered in 3 levels. Level 1 is the minimum level required to deliver benefit to the organization. Level 2 delivers productivity training - designed to help the user gain efficiencies from the solution. Level 3 covers advanced functionality and is designed to help the user connect the dots between how they work and what CRM can do to deliver real improvements to their personal workflow.
The final category of training is Custom Training. Larger companies often have a need to deliver training that is specific to their organizations such as specific configuration and processes. DCU has developed a system for capturing training requirements quickly and deliver a finished course rapidly with very few cycles. The courses can be delivered to the company directly as files they can use on their intranet or other LMS system - or the company may choose to have the course hosted by DCU as a separate branch that is available to their employees only.
